AbbyRose
Hi. I have several broken plates that were bisque fired and cannot be glazed for use, so I was wondering if those pieces could be used under pots that are to be glazed and fired at cone 6, as an additional protection for the kiln shelf? If so, It there a limit as to the number of times they could be reused? Than you.
LeeU
Yep---they also can be broken up and used in the bottom of planters, or if you're not fussy, for simple non-uniform glaze tests. They'll last until they don't. Welcome to the forums!
