Kabe
I'm not sure of the brand name. but I use Potters Plaster. I used some plaster of paris a while back even though I knew better. So I ended up redoing all my molds with Potters Plaster. It is a lot stronger. Most the work I do is press molds It might be different for slip casting. ain't clay fun Kabe There is a long discussion about it about a month back in the records somewhere. might try searching Plaster of Paris. It was Jan 8th, Les even posted a mixing guide to help keep the plaster to water ratio in check. Check Les's or my posts on that date, people sent me some good information.
