Bioman
I just noticed that I program my Bartlett V6-CF to cone 5 slow glaze using the Cone fire option; when I actually wanted to set it to cone 6. The kiln is now up to 1200 degrees F. Is there anything I can do to alter this that won't make a mess of things?
Bioman
Red Faced Crisis averted. I simply decided to see what would happen if I killed the program then set it up again for cone 6 fire and hit start; the controller realized where it was and now appears to be back on track. As this is a heat-work automated feature of the Bartlett I am hoping I was early enough in the process for it to have no effect.
Chris Campbell
Welcome to the "oops" firing club! At least you noticed ... : - ) I am sure it will be fine.
neilestrick
Yup, you did it right. It's only the last 200 degrees that really matter.
