Hi folks, I'm hearing a whining noise from a Shimpo SL Light wheel, which I assume indicates that the bearings or the shaft need grease. Problem is I can't remove the wheel head to access the shaft. I've taken out the set screw, but the head won't budge. I tried spraying some penetrating oil into the gaps and letting it soak overnight, but no dice. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks
