I just contracted an electrician who will draw a 220 line out to my garage. Work will be done this week and then I'm ordering a kiln. Yay!

paul, have you decided on what kind of kiln to buy? will that decision dictate the size and type of wire you need?

lots of variety in the kind of outlet needed for a kiln, if the electrician is coming, knowing what outlet to have installed is a good thing.
