Michael Roest
Hello, We are in the final stages of building our gas kiln. Does anyone have a trusty cone 10 white stoneware clay body recipe that they'd like to share? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Looking forward to our first firing... -Mike

Michael Roest
Great! Thank for the input. We will give a shot. Our kiln is subsidized by the college which pays for everything, building materials, maint., and operation costs . We also run an electric kiln, which we use for low fire pieces and bisque. I hope all is well! Cheers, Mike Hi Michael here's a tried and true one for you, also easy! great white clay body custer 25 EPF 25 tenn ball 25 flint 25 sand 10% add a bit more sand for raku and great sculpture body. just as a question why go w/ cone 10 r? can save a bit of $ , wear on the kiln, natural resources >by dropping down to ^6 r.
