Seasoned Warrior
I was browsing for some other information today and ran across this blog post on how to determine the asking price for a handmade item. I thought it worthy of posting since it seems to have a quick and dirty method of pricing that most can understand and this is a perennial quesiton on this site. http://whatthecraft.com/how-to-pricing/ Regards, Charles

Chris Campbell
Thanks so much for that post! Once again I will be leading a Topical Discussion at NCECA about marketing and sales ... I get so many people wondering about etsy and my research to this point had shown that it takes a lot of time and effort .. But after I saw that list of etsy How Tos I was shocked at how much time it takes away from production. Granted you could make all day then work at your computer all night ... Crazy! Kudos to any hand made artist who is successful there, you truly deserve it.
