Bar Posted April 10 Report Share Posted April 10 (edited) Hello everyone, I own 1027-3 phase kiln. Few months ago I replaced the elements, after few weeks the thermocouple and after having some errors I've decided to replace the relays, thermocouple and wires at the same time , all According to the drawing (see attached) . I tried to test the kiln by turning it on to cone 6 plan and everything seemed to be OK. After that , I loaded the kiln and once again turned it on. it gave me the E1 error 2 degrees before reaching the desired degree. Got my products out and loaded new kiln. I turned it on again and it failed to reach the temperature and gave me the E1 error few degrees before reached the desired temperature. At that point I turned it immediately off and immediately turn it on again and he reached the temperature I wanted. I would appreciate ideas and checks before doing anything else.
