Help with Duncan Kiln pilot light

Hi

i have a Duncan automatic pro plus kiln that is relatively new to me. I have successfully done 2 bisque fires and 3 glaze fires recently (the last one being yesterday), but today when I went to turn it on the pilot light didn’t turn on.
the ASD plunger was pushed in and it made the usual noises like it was on but no light and didn’t increase in temp at all. I’ve been through the basic trouble shooting steps (checking the circuit breaker etc) but I’m guessing it must be a problem inside?
