abil
hello everyone, does anybody here expert in mould & dies or Tiles press machine? I got a question, i have difficulties to relate what actually cause bulk density variance for tiles. let say everything is nicely level but all of a sudden one part or halve of the tile has low bulk density. the problem only happened on the side part of the tiles as we can do correction for back and front of the tiles. some people say it was the linear charger, while in the other hand they says it is due to the shake out unit, and few says it is due to bad leveling. if the root cause coming from grid charger can somebody tell me how could that be? because as from my point of view the charger works as a powder carrier only, thus as long as the grid is fulled with powder how that can cause different powder filling in the mould? and if u are generous u can answer for the shake out unit and leveling as well =)
neilestrick
Chances are you are working with a system that is far more industrial than what the folks on this forum do. Most are studio artists, not producers with machinery. But you never know, there may be someone lurking who has experience with this.
