    I have been doing a number of flower pots with a mid fire red clay (Plainsman). On one I had put white slip and carved. the other I put a red oxide on after the bisque. I am not wanting to glaze as I like the look, but should I still fire to cone 6 in order to mature the clay? I think yes but just checking if there are others out there that know more. Thank you Norgal
