Ok the fuse is good so we will try the transformer today. I will let you know. Thank You for your help.

Yes he has a multi meter...I will have him check the transformer to make sure it is sending out the correct voltage. Can you tell me how he would do that?

The power button lights up but the board does not turn on. We replaced all wiring, new relay and new transformer. My husband has no idea what it can be. If someone is available to troubleshoot with us over the phone that would be very helpful
