I am logged in, and the "Narrative Animal Sculpture with Lisa Naples" doesn't have a play full video option. I did email customer service but haven't heard back yet.

I'm helping with a pottery class on our campus, using the iCan Gold Membership. I understood that should let me watch / show ClayFlicks videos to the students, but they're not showing up for me to play. I only see the preview video, then no links to chapters, etc. Help?
