  1. I have a 27" x 48" closet that I've converted into a mini studio--a non-windowed 108 sq ft space. The closet is within an open plan NYC apartment. I am looking for something that will filter any clay dust near the closet door because I need to keep the door open while I'm working. I plan to also run the filter with the door closed when I am not working. I will be mindful of doing lots of wet sponge cleaning, and I have a covered reclaim bucket system to ensure that there are no dry clay bits. Jeff (Piedmont Pottery), thanks for your recommendation on the Winix series. The 360ยบ option is appealing to me because it is small enough that I can move it around the space and on various shelves. https://www.winixamerica.com/product/a230/ Philo110, thanks for pointing me towards the Alen purifiers. I am also considering these: https://alen.com/collections/air-purifiers-for-small-rooms This sounds like a great HEPA, but probably overkill for my 108 sq ft closet: https://www.sheffield-pottery.com/Austin-Air-Healthmate-HM400-Hepa-Air-Filter-p/aahm.htm Any thoughts the group has on which HEPA filter would be better for my needs?
  2. Hi! I have setup a 28x 48" closet for potterywork and plan to purchase a HEPA filter to manage the dust/silica dust, and the surrounding area. I was looking at this air filter, but wondering if anyone had other recommendations for managing dust/silica dust in small spaces? This filter is for 1500 square feet, and the space on the entire floor is more like 750 square feet including the closet space: https://www.sheffield-pottery.com/Austin-Air-Healthmate-HM400-Hepa-Air-Filter-p/aahm.htm Thanks! Susanna
