Wiremonkey

Hello, I picked up a used Skutt Prodigy wheel. Having some trouble with the peddle. Acceleration is smooth all the way to full speed but when I start to back off it cuts out on the way down. Have to move it a bit to get it going again. Guessing it's the peddle potentiometer. Could settings on the control board affect that kind of cut out?
