How to make horsehair raku blue

Would the underglaze be made from mason stain? -
Trying to figure out how to make a custom piece of horsehair raku wedgewood or cobalt blue with a soft spray look. I know how to use ferric chloride on hh raku, but cannot find the chemical or stain to make it blue.
