I have a slightly used but old Shimpo RK-10 Basic wheel for sale. I bought this for my wife many years ago then we had kids and she never really got back into pottery. The wheel has been used maybe 4 times. It comes with a two part pan and several bats but you will need to add the studs to hold the bat on the wheel.
