lovely potter

Hi all, until recently i collaborated with a client to teach ceramics to adults with special needs but the client wanted to take advantage of the current situation and tried to trap me into a very nasty contract. after I refused and asked to negotiate the contract they terminated the collaboration. I am looking to start my own studio and also to teach. I want to teach adults with special needs but also people from all walks of life. Does anyone know wether I need special types of permissions to teach students in a rented studio or any sort of licences?
