  1. I have tried to reset my password for my all access subscription since the beginning of October. I was emailed instructions several times but I never received the reset link. I finally tried to cancel my subscription on Nov. 10, 2021, and even received a pleasent phone call to discuss the problem. I explained I wished to cancel my subscription and then re-subscribe  but I continue to receive the hard copy issues and no refund yet and no all access yet. I finally tried to do the reset again but I fear the old adage that trying the same thing repeatedly will not provide a different result. Any suggestions?
