This is exactly the look I am trying to create.  I have the texture part down perfect but the glazing is my problem.  How do you get it darker in the crevices and cracks and lighter on the surface?  Thanks!

Marcia, are you staining and wiping off to create the light and dark, or is that a resist and reduction effect?

This is done completely with the Obvara firing. It likes texture.
