Bok Choy Glaze?

I once bough a yunomi from a school sale, I was told the glaze was bok choy, don't know if the spelling is right, I remember something about Tony Clenell, that it was from a workshop with him? I don't remember, but I never again heard of such glaze, would love to get a recipe if any one knows of it. Thank you all
