Dried Out /frozen Kiln Cement. Is It Still Usable?

I have a container  of Jen-Kiln kiln cement that's been laying around for years. I'm pretty sure I left it outside in sub-freezing weather. So, it's presumably been frozen and is dried out, though not totally. There is a little moisture left in it, but not much. Should I just add water and mix it up, or should I just toss it?

I would just toss it.  Cement usually cures irrespective of how much water's left in it.  It doesn't behave the same as clay, in my experience.  You may not get the bond you want.

Thanks Tyler. I guess I'll toss it just to be safe. j
