I am teaching adults for a city run park and recreation department. You will basically be becoming a "Small Business" and there are a lot of resources open to you to learn the ins and outs. Night Schools often have basic small business classes, your library will have all the books on it, your Better Business Bureau probably has hand outs and classes. Take advantage of all this low cost, accurate and geared for your state advice.
