Min
If you are only making a small number of vases I would buy some commercial slip and some blue Mason stain(s). It will take some experimenting to get the right amount of stain to use and you might have to blend stains together to get the colour you are looking for. Just keep track of measurements so you can replicate what works and run the coloured slip through an 80 mesh or finer sieve before casting. Welcome to the forum!
