GEP Posted May 24, 2010 Report Share Posted May 24, 2010 Laguna 901 is a very dark, high-iron clay. The iron can make the clay unpredictably brittle, especially when overfired. So choose something that is lighter in color. This doesn't mean your pots will turn out light, they might still flash dark in reduction. My favorite cone 10 stoneware for reduction ...
