My 9 year old granddaughters first time on the wheel. like her first steps.

First work and she gave them to her teacher the last day of school. She's good she was throwing her first few pots and when it sort of looked like a volcano she stopped and said " that's what I wanted to make, a volcano" It took me a long time to make what I wanted on the wheel. We are still allowing the " volcanos to dry so they will not become volcanos in my kiln. "Very grounded candelabras" that's what they are. -

My Granddaughters first time on the wheel. " two bricks short of a load" no but it took two bricks to get her feet at the right height. -
If You could post a picture of it and what it looks like under the wheel maybe a splash pan off a different brand could be fitted to it. We are very creative people. Just a thought . ain't clay fun Kabe -
