I have to make pigments of lustre glaze, without reduction process. and it's about to make just lustre pigments.and I can't find any sources to read about it. please help!

Lustre is produced by depleting the available oxygen molecules in a metallic oxide glaze. So what you are proposing, would require a chemically induced reduction. If you encapsulated the metallic oxides and the reductant: not sure how they would react. You have a tall order in regards to chemistry.
