Marcia Selsor
Someone shared this with me. It is Michael Casson wedging and throwing. He throws very wet. Smooth moves! I met Michael Casson in 2001 when I was in Pisa, Italy with my first class going to La meridiana. He was at our hotel at breakfast with Walter Keeler. They had just finished teaching at La meridiana. We had a nice chat.Great potters! Marcia
bciskepottery
I had just watched this, too, along with some of the other clips on Youtube that he directed. Especially like the bottle kilns Walter Keeler was building in the yard behind Harrow. Keeler's blue salt-fired wares are incredible.
Marcia Selsor
I was so nice to meet these two icons. They were very jolly Brits. I love Keeler's work as well. Marcia
High Bridge Pottery
Asbestos bats, don't think you see them around now Nice little video, although I don't think he is throwing quite wet, maybe I just use quite wet clay.
