Floetrol seems to be for paint

I have never even considered it in glaze and after reading more extending a wet edge is not what I need in a glaze anyway.

I'm wondering if this stuff may cuase more harm than good-my 2 cents.

are you using a commercial glaze?  or one you made.  applying glaze is pretty simple unless it is a commercial one and you are brushing.  what is the problem in more detail?
