HenryBurlingame
What do people use to prevent microbes from smelling up glaze/reclaim buckets etc. and other stagnant water situations (like my cink)? Just a little bit of bleach or is there a different biocide you prefer? Thanks! Edited September 5 by HenryBurlingame
Min
Hydrogen peroxide for throwing sludge if it’s stinky. Copper carb for my small tub of Magma glaze additive. HenryBurlingame and Rae Reich

Callie Beller Diesel
+1 for peroxide. My city is undergoing a month of indoor water restrictions because they have a bunch of pipes to repair. So at the studio we’re using water siphoned off the reclaim for throwing. I’m treating it with peroxide and it’s working a treat.
