filling in small cracks on bisque Porcelain piece,

Recommended Posts

Hi I have a two questions regarding Amaco bisque fix. First question is I have a bisque Porcelain sculpture piece that has a few small cracks. I do not plan on glazing this piece, but will do a second cone 5 firing. What will the bisque fix look like if it is not glazed?  Will it show up?

I also have a sculpture piece that is black clay that I will fire a second time without glaze. Can I use bisque fix on that piece?  Will it show up white? If not what will it look like with no glaze on it?

Thank you so much.

Debra
