Sart
Hi I have a two questions regarding Amaco bisque fix. First question is I have a bisque Porcelain sculpture piece that has a few small cracks. I do not plan on glazing this piece, but will do a second cone 5 firing. What will the bisque fix look like if it is not glazed? Will it show up? I also have a sculpture piece that is black clay that I will fire a second time without glaze. Can I use bisque fix on that piece? Will it show up white? If not what will it look like with no glaze on it? Thank you so much. Mark C.
Bisque fix fires out white a pretty Bright white. So if it brown clay it will be very visible. If you want a product that blends in better vis wise use high fire mender which you mix with your own clay for the best color match Sart, Chilly and Rae Reich
