CactusPots Posted June 4, 2019 Report Share Posted June 4, 2019 To clean a brush after using latex, wash it as soon as possible, then use a wire brush to remove the remaining hardened pieces of latex. I have found if wash foam prior to starting in detergent laden water...sometimes I squirt dishwadhing ,thick stuff , liquid straight onto foam or brush..work in then squeeze out excess. load with latex, do the jobs required then wash immediately afterwards in soapy water and dry. no prob.
