AndreaB 49 Report post Posted September 15, 2018 Morning everyone, Just realized that I seem to always post on a Sunday morning lol. My question is: how can I apply luster with a smooth continuous line. Mine always has a blob at the start, peters out and then another blob when I reload the brush. Many thanks Have a great Sunday. JohnnyK 463 Report post Posted September 15, 2018 Hi Andrea, It's just Saturday AM here in Northern Calif...have the whole weekend to look forward too You might try an automotive pinstriping brush. They are designed to load up and distribute paint efficiently and may be just the thing to fill your need here. Rae Reich 395 Report post Posted September 16, 2018 (edited) Yes. Try different brushes, but generally a longer, thinner brush. You may need to dab the tip on something before you apply - a non-porous dabbing surface might suck out less material than a porous one.
