jag2x
Hi, I have got myself a Venturi mr-750 burner from Axner and was wondering where I can get a safety flame detection thermocouple, which includes a pilot flame. So if the burner or pilot flame goes off from a side draft of wind it cuts off the main gas to the burner. I can't seem to find much on information on the subject or maybe I'm not sure what to look for! Chees Jag2x
Guest friedfiredfireclay
A call to Ward Burner will have you set up with the right equipment in no time. Just tell them what you want to do with it,and they will advise you as to what you need. Unless you want a face like mine, don't be a cheap chump with safety equipment! http://wardburner.com/
dave the potter
These are called BASO safety valves and can be obtained locally from plumbing suppliers who deal with gas. There are different ones for propane and natural gas I believe. Use the one for the smallest pipe size you can. Big difference in price.
