With all the plugs in and the lid closed, should you be able to feel an air flow if you pull out a plug and put your hand at the opening? She wants to be sure it is working before firing. The motor seems to be working fine, but I don't sense any air flow at the open peep. Installation looks correct. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
neilestrick Posted March 1, 2016 Report Share Posted March 1, 2016 An open peep is too big of a hole, and will spoil the draft. To test the draw, blow out a lit match and put it right next to one of the holes in the lid. The smoke should be drawn in. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
