I think it's counter productive to think looking at pots is counter productive.
That's the mindset I stay in.

Glaze makes the interior a little "wetter".
Especially as opposed to a porous terracotta.
    I wouldn't glaze the interior.

All the pitfired cooking vessels of old I've watched videos on are dug local clay.
These are mostly civilizations that probably have guts that can still handle the bacterias produced, where we basically drink hand sanitizer and bathe in bleach.
Keep seperate your information on modern flameware bodies, and these old porous vessels.
    They "work" for different reasons.

You ever hear the Bill Burr when he uses that voice and says, "oh, it's pesto"...
That's the voice I hear taking about wood ash, "it's caustic, it's caustic".
I don't even like that word!

I'd hit up Simon. You can watch a couple of the Zoom Classes on YouTube before you buy. I don't even throw but I was thinking about signing up just to talk with Simon about everything else!

I find understanding the science behind the product goes a long way too.

The..ahem..top part, looks like it's too thick all together.
I would try 2 coats first, with one sage.
Or even just one and one.
    How are you applying?

I would do it. Nothing wrong with a little patina. I was researching some glazes the other day and found this.

I'm working out a way to nest things like this currently. Rectangle Bonsai Pots, so the covering one will have holes, but it still has potential to be a half cone cooler inside, certainly less Oxygen.
I've been wondering about a third, I'll test it soon enough.

I wouldn't be as concerned with the bare parts as the thick bottom now. Tends to bubble so thick, may be hollow. That's more dangerous than a bare spot.
I wouldn't fire again. You stand a greater chance of making it less useful.

IMO...those "bisqued", "to be painted" things are kinda fragile. Surely overstock of things meant to be fired, sold because there is overstock, not because they're better than say, any number of well fired ceramic shapes you can find much cheaper at the thrift store, or Marshalls, or Hobby Lobby!
Paint on...already painted things, Paint on!

I almost did Wix until it was $60/month for a store. I don't know what they charge per transaction, if anything, but SquareSpace was half monthly at $26 using Stripe for CC(same as wix) for 2.9%+0.30cents per transaction.

You're definitely not a hobby Potter!
The span of work is a bit great, not only for the customers, but for you too. If you are making this many things this well, fewer things in more repitition would be that much better.
Perhaps you can work Seasonally, with a few collections per season, the work seems to compliment it.
I wouldn't want to see you lessen the scope of work, just organize it easier for both you and customer.
SEO seems not worth the effort. The less niche, the less it's worth the time.
I think you're better off dialing in the website, and continuing Instagram campaigns to drive folks to the site.
I bartered with a website designer for some pots. Find one at Starbucks and woo them with mugs!
