:( I hope you're able to get some healing sleep tonight despite the cough. You have my full sympathy. If you have coconut oil, try taking a spoonful and slowly allowing it to melt in your mouth. It sounds so weird but I was desperate for sleep the last time I was sick so I tried it and it worked for me. Every time I've done this it has lessened my sore throat and coughing substantially within an hour.
