  1. I have that uneasy feeling that I accidentally added 2x the amount of Bentonite to a 5 gal mix of Ohio White...And I won't know the exact effect until I test it. Pooh!

      You do so have to concentrate during some aspects of ceramics - glaze mixing being one. For me, when attaching & refining delicate clay stencils (cut from 1/8" thin slabs) to the rim of bowls - the slightest loss of focus and I can catch the stencil and it's irreparably broken. As an inexperienced thrower, I also have to avoid throwing when I'm tired! Hope you can salvage the glaze!!
