  1. Hello @NbyNW, I checked in with customer support and they said they were able to resolve your problem, but wanted to double check with you to make sure everything was solved to your satisfaction. Let me know. Thanks! Jen
  2. I've reached out to customer support to escalate this and they will be in touch to figure out what the issue is. Since it is the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, it may be early next week, but they will be in touch and help get this figured out. So sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks for your patience. Best, Jennifer
  3. The full video is farther down the page. You will see a heading that says "Watch Full Video" followed by an accordion menu that says "play full video..." Click the arrow next to "play full video..." and the video screen will appear. See screen shots attached. There is a video tutorial towards the bottom of the FAQ page that will walk you through it. Hope that helps! Jennifer
  4. Hi @NbyNW! Have you looked at our FAQ page? Have a look and let us know if this helps you: https://ceramicartsnetwork.org/faq (click on the arrows next to each question to show the answer). Also, you can email customerservice@ceramicartsnetwork.org if that doesn't work. I am on the road for the Thanksgiving holiday, but can check back in later this evening to see if you were able to resolve your issue. Thanks! Jennifer
  5. Hi Xylia, I sent you a private message to address your question. Thanks! Jennifer
  6. @cp dunbar I just took a look at your account and it looks like your membership is current and set up correctly, so I passed this on our director of IT to troubleshoot. With the holiday tomorrow, it may take a few days, but we'll get it sorted as soon as we can. Sorry for the inconvenience! Happy Holidays! Jennifer
  7. @Griffox, great! I am glad that took care of it! Enjoy!
  8. Hi @Griffox! I checked on your account and everything is set up properly. Can you please try logging out and then logging back in again? Let me know if that helps! Thanks! Jennifer
  9. Hi all! Apologies for the delay. I took a little time off for the holiday! I will look up your accounts and contact you shortly via email. All best, Jennifer
  10. Hi again Susie, I just sent you an email about your CLAYflicks access. Best, Jennifer
  11. Hi Susie, I passed this onto IT to take a closer look. I will keep you posted on what they find. Thanks! Jennifer
  12. Hi all,

There was an issue with the forum software this morning, but I am told it has been resolved. Please clear  your browser's cache and refresh the page in your browser. That should do the trick!

  13. And to clarify, you do not need to change your password on the forum, as it is on a separate platform than the main Ceramic Arts Network site. Thanks!
  14. Hello all, Some of you may have received an email asking you to change your password on Ceramic Arts Network due to a hacking attempt. Some thought it was an illegitimate phishing attempt, but it actually was a legitimate email from Ceramic Arts Network. The company that hosts Ceramic Arts Network had a security breach and while we are unsure if it reached Ceramic Arts Network, we do recommend users change their passwords. We can confirm that no financial information was accessed in the breach. If you have an account, please update your password at your earliest convenience. Thank you and sorry for the confusion! -Admins
  15. Just wanted to put this reminder here for those wishing to post in the Marketplace. You must be a registered user to post in the Community Marketplace, or anywhere else on the forum! Thanks, Jennifer
  16. Hi all, We received a suggestion that all Communiity Marketplace posts should include the location in the title of the post in addition to the item for sale. Example: Potters Wheel, Columbus, Ohio I will add this to the guidelines and pin this reminder here. Thanks Jennifer
  17. Pinning this here for everyone's reference! At the request of many community members, we are testing the waters for a Community Marketplace. This new section of the Forum will be for buying, selling, trading or donating new or used studio equipment, tools, and supplies. We are soft-launching this Marketplace section on a trial basis to see if it is a viable addition to the Forum. We are open to suggestions on how to make the Marketplace better. Please send your suggestions as a Personal Message (PM) to any moderators or administrators. Please consult the Marketplace Terms & Conditions below before posting an item. Marketplace Terms & Conditions Suitable/Unsuitable Items • The Marketplace is for personal sales, trades, or donations of new or used ceramics-related items owned by the Ceramics Arts Community member involved. Note: Commercial suppliers are not eligible to post items. Items posted by an individual on behalf of a commercial supplier will result in the item being removed and the individual being banned from the Forum. • When in doubt about an item’s suitability, contact a moderator to check before posting a Marketplace thread. • The Marketplace is not a place to sell ceramic work. • The Marketplace is not for commercial business, fundraising, nor for selling on behalf of a commercial third party. • The Marketplace is not a place to advertise classes or services. NOT PERMITTED: • Anything Illegal • Auctions and/or Bidding (make offer posts) • Business Advertisements • Gun Sales • Resale of free items How to post • Start a new topic within Community Marketplace Forum (You must be a registered forum member to post) • The item and your general location (city, state) must be in the title of the post (example: kiln for sale, Seattle, Washington) • Provide a full description and disclosure of item's condition, including flaws. • Asking price of item(s) is required. • Items must be available at the time of posting. • Photos are encouraged. Post photos you would want to see if you were considering to purchase the item. • If you are selling multiple items, you may list them in one post. Responding to Postings • If you are interested in an item(s) please reply by Personal Message (PM) to the member who wrote the post. It’s up to the member making the post to follow through with the details of shipping, etc. Excessive Sales • If the volume of sales is larger than would normally be expected for a member selling off personal equipment/supplies, then the post(s) will be removed at the discretion of the Administration or Moderators. • If you are closing a community studio and have a lot of items to liquidate, please contact a moderator before posting. The moderator will determine whether it is eligible for posting. Timely Removal of Posts • If and when an item has sold, the member must edit the post to mark the item as SOLD and notify a moderator. Moderators will then delete the posts. In the case of multiple items for sale in a single post, members must edit the post to mark items sold, or delete the item from the post. For example: o SOLD – Brent pottery wheel, great condition, $500 o Shimpo slab roller, gently used, $600 • In order to keep the Marketplace from being cluttered with out-of-date posts, postings will remain in the forum until they are sold, or for 1 month, whichever comes first. Then they may be deleted at the moderators discretion. • Members may repost items that do not sell initially. They will then be subject to the terms in previous bullet point.
