California Wildflowers Sponge Holder

Wheel thrown in Speckled Buff. I then carved wildflowers and applied Duncan Bright Kiwi underglaze to the grass and stems. After bisque firing I glazed the inside in Laguna's Dynasty Red, the flowers in their Blackberry Wine and Peach Blush with streaks of the red. All over is clear.
This was the first thing that sold on the first day of my Open Studio show.
