Everyone I talk to says to find a new motor. Is that a possibility?

Hey Hulk. Looking at my wheel. I found place on the bottom side with an O and a screw next to it. Can I oil it? Might fix the noise n make it last longer.

I have and old CI jr. I think the berrings are shot. Still runs but makes variable loud noises. Has anyone replaced the motor.
