Mugs are the most intimate form to make as each one has a different feel and we have the freedom to make each one unique, unless you are filling a wholesale order and they are to be very similar.

I have been making mugs for many years..................30 or so.  Have never timed myself, but learn that once you wedge 10 or so 1lb balls of clay, sit down and begin, the flow and rhythm will happen.  Throwing quickly means you understand the process and don't labor things....fresh, quick and proficient in weight and design.

Relax, turn off the timer and ENJOY making mugs.
