  2. I've reached out to customer support to escalate this and they will be in touch to figure out what the issue is.   3. The full video is farther down the page. You will see a heading that says "Watch Full Video" followed by an accordion menu that says "play full video..." Click the arrow next to "play full video..." and the video screen will appear. See screen shots attached. There is a video tutorial towards the bottom of the FAQ page that will walk you through it.   6. I have tried to reset my password for my all access subscription since the beginning of October. I was emailed instructions several times but I never received the reset link. I finally tried to cancel my subscription on Nov. 10, 2021, and even received a pleasent phone call to discuss the problem. I explained I wished to cancel my subscription and then re-subscribe  but I continue to receive the hard copy issues and no refund yet and no all access yet. I finally tried to do the reset again but I fear the old adage that trying the same thing repeatedly will not provide a different result. Any suggestions?

  7. @cp dunbar I just took a look at your account and it looks like your membership is current and set up correctly, so I passed this on our director of IT to troubleshoot.   11. I also cannot watch Clayflicks. Only the previews show. There is no where to even click to see the full videos. This was not a problem before end of Sept. Is there something I can do? I have been pretty patient. Could IT fix this for my account or tell me what trick I need to do?
