bciskepottery
For those in the D.C. area, the Smithsonian Craft Show is this weekend . . . http://smithsoniancraftshow.org/ Looks like a great selection of pottery/ceramics. And, its always fun to talk to the potters at their booths. Who knows, maybe you'll come across someone familiar to the pages of the forum. (Yep, that's a hint folks to scroll through the exhibitors, maybe starting with the R' in ceramics.)
kswan
Yes, I am going there today, looking forward to it as it will be my first time to this exhibit. It's also been a long time since I've been the Building Museum too, what a beautiful place.
jolieo
I am so jealous! I want to go. My sister lives up in silver springs, I have to mark my calender and try for next year,

kswan
It was so nice! I bought a couple little things from Mea Rhee, and talked to a whole bunch of very kind and creative artists. There are some very impressive works of all types there.

GEP
It was nice to see you bciske! And thank you for posting this on the forum. I met some other forum folks there, some who I had not met in person before. And I met some of my ceramics heroes too. Wow.
