I'm trying to track down this issue but haven't been able to reproduce it. IE. Rather sporadic, but doesn't seem to favor long or short messages. Sometimes it just hangs. Guest JBaymore Posted January 13, 2015 Report Share Posted January 13, 2015 Running AVG....latest paid version. If I shut it off (rarely done and only for "seconds" ...still happens. Don't have another browser installed... will have to try that... but I really DON'T want to switch. My wife uses Chrome... I hate it. Currently running the latest version / build of IE (#11) but I've also gone backward to Internet Explorer 9 ... and the "green box hang" is there all the way back. Note that I am running a 64 bit version of Win 7. May or may not have anything to do with this. It just did it trying to post this. Luckily the copy/paste thing now works OK since you did the stuff we talked about via emails. Alternatively did you get a chance to try it with another browser? You could try using firefox portable at http://portableapps.com/apps/internet/firefox_portableas that it simple to download and install to see if you still get the same problem.( Right now, I'm not sure what is causing the issue.
