Pres
I just got an email on the NC Potters conference. This year theme is Japan. The following link is to the conference info. http://www.randolphartsguild.com/events/potters-conference-2015/?utm_source=Potters+Conference+Online+Registration+Announcement&utm_campaign=Potters+Conference+Online+Reg.&utm_medium=email I hope I did not cross any lines by posting this. Chris Campbell
is there a limit on attendees?Yes, there usually is a limit on the full meals etc. part of the conference since the facilities can only hold so many people. At times they have extended the enrollment to those who would attend without the meal part but I don't know if that will be the case this year. If so, it is quite easy to find reasonably priced meals in nearby restaurants, so the 'no meals' is not a deal breaker. There are also lots of hotel options in all price ranges in Asheboro ... Don't know about camping etc. Not that I am bragging .. Ha ... But this is a very well run conference with each presenter backed by a large screen so you can easily see what they are doing. The presenters from Japan will be amazing. The folks are friendly, warm and welcoming. The only thing we always seemed to get nailed by is the weather ... Weekend before and after are always warm and sunny .... but that one!!!
