bciskepottery
We need a few more details . . . Is the glaze flaking off the bisque ware or after being glazed fired? Is this a problem with all glazes, or just a particular glaze? Are the glazes newly mixed? Or one's that have been around for a while? With a variety of forms or just one form? And, if you could post a picture, that would truly help provide an answer.
Benzine
Has anything changed; new clay body, different glazes? Is it flaking off once the glaze has dried, or once it has been fired. If it's the former, the glazes are most likely getting a little flocculated. If if's the latter, it sounds like either a fit issue.

oldlady
are the problems happening when one glaze is layered over another? how many coats of glaze are applied, and when, while the first coat is totally dry or just after losing the shine of wetness on the previous coating? blayne knox
Make sure bisc ware is totally dust free. Damp dust before glazing , the glaze will also go on easier and key to the bisc better, especially if using brush ons.
