I have been hearing about wiggle wire. Where do I get it?

What is it? If it's just the cut off wire with the curly wire you can get it from most

pottery supply places.

I've made several from different sized springs. Just pull the spring to it's max so it retains the length. I've a tiny one from a ball point pen up to a giant one made from a garage door spring.

You can also make them by wrapping music wire (like an old guitar string) around a dowel (which doesn't have to be round) and then pulling the ends like the spring. If you unwind a couple of turns a little before pulling, you'll get non-uniform wiggles (that works for springs too).
