I bought sox wax from Amazon.com, here's a link: http://www.amazon.com/Natural-Soy-444-Wax-pound/dp/B001QMY0RU/ref=pd_sbs_ac_3 It comes in different sizes, but I bought a 5lb bag to start with, which seems like it will last for quite a while. It comes in flake form, not a cake. I find the flakes convenient because they're easy to measure. When I need more wax, I add one half-cup, and the level of wax is not too deep.
