Pres Posted June 17, 2014 Report Share Posted June 17, 2014 The cylinder itself should have enough clay thickness from the shoulder line to the lip to make a finishing pull. However, once that is done a shaping pull with no pressure to thin walls, but to stabilize the form should be doable. This is essentially what "Old Lady" is saying.
